Run/Walk/Skate/Bike June 16, 2013 Father's Day.

This is our 27th year hosting this family event to raise money for the Boys' Home. It is held on the morning of Father's Day (8:00 am to 12 noon). There is a 10 km run sanctioned by Athletics Canada; 5 km Fun Run; 7 km bike and skate; and a 5 km walk with each course winding its way through the town of Bright's Grove Ontario and along the Lake Huron shoreline. Afterwards, we provide a pancake and sausage breakfast free to all participants. Many prizes for finishing the race as well as draw prizes. Participants are encouraged to collect pledges to support the Boys' Home. Follow the Run Walk Skate Bike  link for more details.

Corvette Day 

Each year in August, a group of citizens who own specialty cars, such as corvettes or vipers join us at the Boys' Home on a Sunday afternoon for a picnic. Boys are then given an opportunity to be driven around town and have their pictures taken. For most of the boys, this is a first time experience and always alot of fun with fond memories.
